Deposits:

Funds held in your pk735 account do not accrue interest. pk735 holds player funds in accordance with its licensing obligations to ensure that player balances are protected in the event of insolvency.

All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside individual promotions:

Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be met within thirty (30) days of the bonus being credited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk735, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if pk735 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Without limiting the foregoing, pk735 specifically excludes liability for:

• Losses arising from your inability to access the Platform due to technical failures, scheduled maintenance, or circumstances beyond pk735's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from the actions of third-party payment providers, including delays in processing deposits or withdrawals.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your pk735 Login credentials.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information, odds, or content displayed on the Platform that contained a technical or typographical error.
• Gaming losses resulting from your use of the Platform, which are an inherent and acknowledged risk of real-money gaming activity.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit pk735's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

pk735 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to do so, including but not limited to:

• A breach or suspected breach of any provision of these Terms.
• A failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of a formal request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a valid legal order or regulatory direction requiring the closure or restriction of the account.
• The account being associated with a self-excluded or permanently banned player.

You may close your pk735 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Upon voluntary closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to your nominated payment method within a reasonable timeframe, provided all outstanding KYC requirements have been met and no pending investigations exist.

Where an account is closed by pk735 due to a breach of these Terms, pk735 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending the outcome of an investigation and to offset any amounts owed by you to pk735 against that balance.
